With Eden Solar you can take advantage of a range of added value services to support your project though the consultation, design and installation process and beyond.
Eden Solar's service-led approach is quite unique and supports our goal of creating ‘solar that fits'.
Design
Led by customer insight, we start the design process collaboratively. The correct systems will be selected to ensure optimum performance, compliance and sustainability.
Compliance
Designs are fully compliant with all required regulations using industry standard design software which form the basis of our proposals. Survey, Planning Applications, Structural Reports and DNO Applications are undertaken to ensure total compliance.
Approved Contractors
Our Approved Contractor Network requires the installer to have a required knowledge and experience to be a qualified Installer. Full MCS and industry qualifications are necessary as well as a proven track record of installed systems ensure a quality installation.
Guarantees
Our work carries a minimum 2 years workmanship guarantee covering design and workmanship. Alongside this we only specify Tier 1 products ensuring that quality is maintained throughout and with that manufacturer product guarantees give the required peice of mind.
Aftercare & Maintenance Services
Our Aftercare Team manage all customer care issues throughout the guarantee period. If there is a need for additional support we can provide additional maintenance contracts to ensure your system performs to its optimal performance levels.
Condition Surveys & Disrepairs
If you have a previously installed damaged or under-performing solar system, we can provide a survey and condition report to ascertain the condition and proposed solution. We can then organise repair the system to bring it back to optimal performance.
